“I called Dr. Smith when I saw her on Channel 5 talking about the oral sleep appliance to treat sleep apnea. I’m very pleased with my device. I was able to make a cross-country road trip and I didn’t have any issues feeling sleepy while I was driving. Dentistry With TLC has a very pleasant atmosphere and the people are informative. I live in Washington state now, but always try to make an appointment to see Dr. Smith when I’m back in St. Louis.”

“My sleep appliance is worth every penny because it has provided me with a good night’s sleep, more energy during the day and I no longer snore.  I’ve had a great experience at Dentistry With TLC.  It only took me about three nights to get completely used to my appliance.  I tried a CPAP in the past but just couldn’t use it because the hose would wrap around my neck and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.”

“I used to have daily headache issues and I felt fatigued every afternoon.  Dr. Smith thought that I may have a sleep disorder and she recommended that I be tested.  I was diagnosed with sleep apnea.  Dr. Smith made me a mouth appliance to treat my sleep apnea and I have never felt better!”

“After my sleep analysis I was only given the choice of a CPAP machine.  I found the CPAP to be very restrictive.  I did an internet search and learned about the oral appliance.  When I saw Dr. Smith’s article in the paper I decided to give her a call.  Getting an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea is the best decision I’ve made.  My appliance is easy to use, I sleep through the night now and I have little to NO snoring.”

“I decided to come to Dentistry With TLC when I saw Dr. Smith on Channel 4’s “Great Day St. Louis” discussing oral appliances to treat sleep apnea.  My results with my oral appliance have been excellent.  Dr. Smith and her team are very professional.  I think Dentistry With TLC is top rated.”

“I no longer have to struggle with my CPAP!  Dr. Smith made me an oral appliance and it only took two nights for me to get used to it.  Now I have sound sleep, no snoring, I wake up feeling good and my jaws don’t hurt anymore because I no longer grind my teeth!  I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with a CPAP mask, the noise of a machine and feeling confined in bed.  You can’t put a price on feeling good all the time!”

“I called Dr. Smith after I saw her on Channel 4’s ‘Great Day St. Louis’.  She made me an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea and now I sleep well and have more energy during the day.  My appliance is easy to use, only took one night to get adjusted, it’s not restrictive like a CPAP and it works!  The cost of the appliance is well worth the quality of life it gives me.”

“I think of my oral appliance as being the cost of a vacation, but having more benefits.  It’s very comfortable and took me no time at all to adjust to using it.  When I used to use a CPAP it was uncomfortable because it put too much air pressure in my throat and I would choke when I opened my mouth.  Now that I have an oral appliance I fall asleep quickly, I’m comfortable and I rarely snore.  My husband no longer complains that it sounds like I’m choking in my sleep.”

“With my oral appliance I sleep through the night and my day is no longer focuses on finding the next time I can catch a nap.  My appliance was comfortable immediately.  My sleep apnea doctors recommended I use a CPAP, or have surgery.  I said no to both options because I am claustrophobic and the idea of having to deal with a CPAP machine or surgery was too dramatic and inconvenient.  My mom recommended I call Dr. Smith and have an oral appliance made.  My appliance is easy, I no longer grind my teeth and I sleep better.”

“Getting an oral appliance was the best thing I could do for myself!  I used to use a CPAP but I felt claustrophobic and didn’t like it.  Now that I use an oral appliance I sleep better, don’t have to get up as often in the night to go to the bathroom and it’s much easier to care for than my CPAP.  I heard about Dr. Smith and the oral appliance on a news program on Channel 4.  Everyone at Dentistry With TLC treats me with TLC which makes my drive to Godfrey worth the trip.”

“My experience at Dentistry With TLC has been great.  Dr. Smith answers all my questions and concerns right away.  I had tried to use a CPAP but couldn’t tolerate it because the mask wouldn’t stay on.  Now that Dr. Smith made me an oral appliance I don’t have to use my CPAP mask or deal with air pressure.  I can even move again.  My sleep is more restful and I no longer talk while I’m asleep.”

“I have been using my oral appliance for about five years.  I call it my ‘most prized possession’.  Before I used my oral appliance I tried the CPAP to treat my sleep apnea, but it was torturous.  I’d rather die early than live with that CPAP machine attached to me every night.  My oral appliance is comfortable and it came with a warranty.  I’ve tried several different types of oral appliances and the one I have now from Dentistry With TLC is the most comfortable.”

“I came to Dentistry With TLC when my doctor recommended I see Dr. Smith to have an oral sleep appliance made.  I really like Dr. Smith and everybody at Dentistry With TLC.  I just couldn’t get comfortable with my CPAP mask and I didn’t like the hose, but my appliance is so easy.  It’s easy to sleep with, easy to clean and easy to take with me when I travel.  Now I feel rested and I don’t yawn much during the day.  My appliance has been well worth the money.”

“Dr. Smith is down home but professional at the same time.  If you don’t like your CPAP I recommend getting an oral appliance.   Just do it.  Set up a payment plan if you need to and start sleeping well again.  I stopped using my CPAP because it caused my nose to run and made my sneeze.  I’m so glad Dr. Smith told me about the sleep appliance because I got used to it in no time.  It’s easy to use and comfortable.  I sleep much deeper now and I even dream again.  I don’t have as many sinus issues during the day, I have more energy and I just feel better overall.”

“Now that I use a sleep appliance, I no longer fall asleep in the early evening and I have more energy all day long.  When I used to use a CPAP I disliked the mask because it was uncomfortable and the air pressure bloated my stomach.  I got used to my sleep appliance in less than a week and I think it’s well worth the cost.  My wife likes it because she is no longer disturbed by my snoring and she sleeps better too.  Everyone at Dentistry With TLC is helpful and they can answer all my questions.”

“My daughter is a nurse at Barnes and she told me Dr. Smith makes sleep appliances.  I didn’t like my CPAP machine and decided to try an oral appliance.  I would definitely recommend coming to Dentistry With TLC if you need a dentist or if you have a CPAP and don’t like it.  I have always received great care with Dr. Smith.”

“Dr. Anna Smith has my true respect.  I am an engineer so I don’t say that very easily.  I will never go anywhere without my sleep appliance because it works.  My CPAP was uncomfortable.  Even after trying 3 different face masks I never got a good fit.  The CPAP blew too much air and woke me and my wife.  I would wake up every hour and look at the clock.  After about 4 hours I would finally just take the CPAP off so I could go to sleep.  My experience with my sleep appliance is the exact opposite of the CPAP.  My appliance fits well and I don’t have any blisters or indentations on my face.  It’s easy to travel with and it worked from the very first night.  Getting better sleep means I no longer have the tendency to doze off during the day and I feel better all day.  I also get better rest in less time, which adds hours to my day.”

“Now that I sleep with my appliance I no longer wake up with headaches and I’m not sleepy during the day.  I really disliked using my CPAP because the mask on my face made it difficult to sleep.  With my appliance I sleep better, I have more energy throughout the day and I like having more mobility while I sleep rather than being tethered by a mask and hose.  Dr. Smith is great!  I’m glad I called her after seeing her on Channel 5 news.”
