There are no deductibles to meet, no waiting periods and no maximum to the benefits you receive.  The 15 percent discount can be used for medically necessary treatment (such as fillings, root canals, crowns, dentures, implants, bridges, extractions, etc.) and for elective, cosmetic dentistry (such as veneers, whitening, braces, Botox, Jumederm, etc.).
