I made the drive to Godfrey to have Dr. Smith make me an oral sleep appliance because my CPAP was very cumbersome when I would travel and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Now that I use an oral sleep appliance instead of my CPAP I have freedom to sleep in any position, I’m comfortable while I sleep and I get a better quality of sleep. It’s very easy to travel with my appliance and I can use it anywhere without public awareness (even on an airplane).
